GUEST EXPERIENCE
7:00 PM Doors Open / Immersive Arrival Experience Guests enter directly into a guided experience: check-in, arrival photography, 360 booth, photo booth and first-cocktail direction. Music is already active as the room fills, with staff intentionally moving guests from one touchpoint to the next.

7:00 – 8:30 PM Cocktails + Hookah + Photo Activations Cocktails, hookah, DJ programming, 360 content, photo booth moments, red carpet photography and social capture operate simultaneously. Hosts and experience staff keep guests moving through the room, creating immediate energy and visible activity.

7:30 – 8:30 PM Hosted Red Carpet + VIP Arrivals Red Carpet Host Ryan Jor El leads interviews and guest moments while photographers capture VIP and featured arrivals. Red carpet operates as part of the larger arrival experience rather than stopping the flow of the room.

8:30 PM Transition to Fashion Show Hosts and DJ begin guiding guests toward runway viewing areas. Designers and models move into final positions while cocktail, hookah and content activations taper into the show transition.

8:45 – 9:30 PM Celebrity Designer Fashion Show Runway presentation featuring Celebrity Designer K. Daniels and International Designer Lynae Dowdell of Lyndie Land.

9:30 – 9:45 PM Room Reset / Party Transition Runway elements are cleared or reconfigured. DJ maintains energy while cocktails, hookah, photo activations, marketplace and open-floor activity return to full operation.

9:45 PM – 1:30 AM CELEBRITY Halloween Party
The room transitions fully into the party: DJ, cocktails, hookah, dancing, costumes, photo activations and social content. Hosted moments and celebrity entertainment are layered into the party without breaking the room’s momentum. TBD Diamond the Body – Host / Performance Moment Diamond’s hosted and performance elements are placed organically within the party block. Final song count and stage timing are coordinated in advance. TBD Kash Doll – Featured Celebrity Performance Kash Doll’s performance is positioned as the featured celebrity entertainment moment of the night. Exact stage time and set timing are finalized with management and production.

1:30 AM Exit / Closing Begins Event team begins winding down the experience and directing an orderly guest exit.

2:00 AM Event Ends / Guest Clear Guest experience concludes. Production begins post-event breakdown according to venue requirements.
