Hosts and experience staff keep guests moving through the room\, creating immediate energy and visible activity. \n7:30 – 8:30 PM Hosted Red Carpet + VIP Arrivals Red Carpet Host Ryan Jor El leads interviews and guest moments while photographers capture VIP and featured arrivals. Red carpet operates as part of the larger arrival experience rather than stopping the flow of the room. \n8:30 PM Transition to Fashion Show Hosts and DJ begin guiding guests toward runway viewing areas. Designers and models move into final positions while cocktail\, hookah and content activations taper into the show transition. \n8:45 – 9:30 PM Celebrity Designer Fashion Show Runway presentation featuring Celebrity Designer K. Daniels and International Designer Lynae Dowdell of Lyndie Land. \n9:30 – 9:45 PM Room Reset / Party Transition Runway elements are cleared or reconfigured.
